Where are you based?

Soda is based in Grey Lynn, Auckland, New Zealand, which is where we ship out all orders from.

Do you have a physical store?

Soda is 100% online-only. We're small, we're nimble, and we stock a personally curated range of products.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We send every order on a signature-required courier throughout New Zealand for just $3 per order. Orders placed before 12pm on business days should arrive the next business day, or sometimes two days for our customers in the South Island.

Are you just another drop-shipping store?

Nope! All of the products we sell are in stock and ready to ship from our Auckland office.

Where do you source your products from?

We source our products from several different suppliers throughout the world in order to provide a curated range of products at the best possible price.

What’s your return policy?

If something’s not right, we’ll make it right. We meet and exceed our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. What about warranties?

Every product we sell comes with a minimum 18 month warranty - or more, if specified. If your warranty claim is valid, we will provide you with a free replacement or full refund (your choice).
